01ADD MASKOTTO TO YOUR ASSISTANT

In ChatGPT
- Open Plugins, then + and the option to add a custom MCP server, if available.
- Enter Maskotto and the server address above, then follow the connection flow.
- Return to your conversation and select Maskotto among the available tools.
In Claude web
- Open Claude’s connectors and look for the option to add a custom connector.
- Enter Maskotto and the server address above. Follow the authorization flow if available.
- In this web pilot, ask for templates and prices. The creation flow is not open there.
In your Claude Code terminal
First add the HTTP server. This command configures the tool; it does not create a video.
claude mcp add --transport http maskotto https://maskotto.com/mcpThen connect your Maskotto account using the sign-in command or Claude Code’s /mcp menu.
claude mcp login maskotto“Connected” may only mean the server is reachable. To read your account or create, you must also finish Maskotto authorization and have the necessary permissions.

The connection started from your assistant takes you to Maskotto. Check your account, the client’s name and domain, then the requested permissions.
If your client and account offer creation, permission to spend credits remains optional. Select it only if you want to create, then choose the displayed limit. Authorizing access does not start a video.
The expiry date and limit are shown during authorization. You can remove access from your connected applications.

After your actual confirmation on Maskotto
If my quote has been confirmed on Maskotto and is still valid, start only that quote, once. Otherwise, do not start anything and tell me which step is missing. Then follow its status and give me the playback link and post kit when the video is ready.
Keep the same conversation to find your quote and follow the video. If a step is missing, the assistant should tell you.
The Claude web pilot remains read-only. Quotes, confirmation and creation continue in a client that offers these tools and for which you have granted the necessary permissions.

Is this already available to everyone?
The MCP is in a pilot. Access varies by client, account and workspace policy. Claude web remains read-only in this pilot. Universal access or a successful launch is not promised.
My quote expired. What should I do?
Ask for a new quote in the conversation, then review and confirm that new quote on Maskotto. A previous confirmation does not replace confirmation of the new quote.
Maskotto asks me to sign in again.
If Maskotto asks for a recent verification, verify the same displayed account again, then return to the conversation. To use a different account, start a new connection and request a new quote.
Where do I find my video and post copy?
In the same conversation, ask for the status of the video you started. Once ready, ask for its playback link and post kit. Your creations also remain accessible in your Maskotto account. If a playback link expires, request the video again to renew it.
Can I upload a photo or a music track in the chat?
Character creation, photo or clip uploads, and a clip built around your own track are prepared in Maskotto. They are outside this MCP flow. Here, you start with templates and characters already available in your account.
How do I remove access to my account?
Open your connected applications at maskotto.com/connect and revoke the access you choose. Future calls are blocked. Information your assistant has already received is governed by its own retention rules.
