In the app

On a community creation, open the menu and tap "Report this content". You can also block the person. The report enters the moderation queue.

By email

Write to bonjour@maskotto.com with:

• the page address or the video id;
• the reason (forbidden content, image rights, copyright, trademark);
• your contact details and, for copyright, proof that you are the owner or their agent;
• a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to act.

Report use of my likeness

Do you recognize yourself in a video made with Maskotto (inserted face, replaced person, edit) and you did not consent? You can ask for its removal, even without an account and without having to prove any harm. In the app, tap "Report" then "My likeness was used without consent". Otherwise, write to bonjour@maskotto.com with the subject "Use of my likeness", the link or a screenshot of the content, and a way to reach you. These requests have priority: if you are indeed the person shown, the content is removed within 24 hours. We ask for no ID beyond what is needed to recognize you in the video. If it is a sexual or intimate image, you can also report it to Pharos (France) or to the police in your country.

What happens next

We acknowledge the report quickly, we remove content that is manifestly illegal, and we tell the reporter and, when we can, the person who published it. A decision can be challenged within 6 months at the same address. Repeat violations can lead to suspension.
